Team Building/Challenge Course
A challenge course is a collection of materials or obstacles that are used as tools in facilitating a group of people through the process of recognizing and discussing the group’s various types of interactions. Group dynamics such as communication, teamwork, goal setting, leadership, and trust activities are explored using problems or challenges posed to the group. As the group works through each challenge, facilitators will guide participants in evaluating the experience.
The Shepherd’s Watch offers a variety of options in our challenge course program. Whether you have a corporate staff, a group of youth or children, family or other group; this program can give you a better understanding of how your group works together.
